Hells, yeah, we do. I mean, not through an overly long and boring opening (that definitely pisses them off) but by showing that what the defendant did was AVOIDABLE. There are two things you MUST have locked down to get a verdict for your client. I discuss those things and how to get to the piss off point in your case in this episode.
